By focusing on our customers wants and needs, VanFossen and Associates, Inc. has seen success even as the housing market has struggled. We recognize that our customers need certain minimum requirements. We strive to give you more. We hope that when you look at a VanFossen and Associates, Inc. home, you will see the difference.

In most cases, our customers will come as a couple. Most builders will focus on the needs of the wife. "Our intent is to give the wife everything she needs and give the husband something extra too." We make sure she gets the large kitchen, spacious laundry, oversize pantry and closets she needs. They might need the master bedroom on the main level and a 3 car garage and the huge screen porch. If the basic needs are not met, the rest does not matter.

What sets our homes apart are the extra's like the 42" Plasma TV in the trey of the Master Bedroom, the steam shower or the water feature and the detail in our trim. As a builder of high quality homes, I feel that I must pay attention to the day to day details to get the finished product that my customer will feel comfortable buying.

As the oldest son of an architect, I learned early that you have to require the best to get the best. That will often mean that I am working on weekends to make sure that my homes are being built "right". That level of attention means that I can be proud of each and every home that we build.
